is it a les baer? if so why doesn't it work?

i've tried this in 3 different carbines and one rifle, with 2 different bolts. it just barely moves when fired turns the weapon into a straight pull. any clues?

i am throwing together a spare parts pistol and found it in the bottom of my parts bin (i honestly thought i threw it out) i don't even remember where it came from, it just showed up one day. proprietary bolt maybe?

Do the bolts fit tight? Maybe the gas ring area of the bcg is worn or out of spec?

rings are tight, it passes the old stand on end test.

nope, i can pass a pipe cleaner through it.

Field staking method, seriously.

That said why the hell does that have so many carrier rails? Talk about lazy ass machining.

Edit: op get a pipe cleaner and stick it in the gas key and see if it comes through into the carrier.
