Lots of threads on this, but DD or Colt .
I'm a firm believer in "Truth" "Justice" and "The American Way". But, "The American Way" in which in I believe, is of "Days Past" probably before I was born. As this concept is always "evolving", I can't say I like where it is headed. Dan.

Last one I used was from G&R and it seemed better than the others I've tried. All the parts seemed to install a lot easier anyway. Unfortunately it appears as if they're out of stock at the moment...

I second the above. The colt LPK, available at a reasonable price from the above link, is probably the best option around. Pair it with an ALG ACT, and you have an excellent lower setup for just over $100.00. that's very hard to beat.

The Spikes tactical kits I have used lately have been very nice...better than the Daniel Defense IMO and can be had for under 50 without fire control group

Just built a lower using the above LPK with a Geissele G2S.... Flawless

Since you already have the FCG why not just get one from PSA?
